ABOUT

Rooted in the visual language of classic art and religious iconography, my creative practice is a dialogue across time and place. Originally from Italy and now based in England for over twelve years, I draw deeply from the ornate richness of my heritage while embracing the eclectic craftsmanship of British textile traditions.

Much of my motivation has come from the response to my work on Instagram, where a growing and supportive audience has connected deeply with the visual storytelling at the heart of my account. Your encouragement, and a growing need to re-discover the satisfaction of making something with my hands, helped me recognise that there is value in slowing down, reconnect with my roots, and create work that feels intentional, meaningful, and beautiful. In a world where so much is mass-produced and impersonal, the act of handcrafting became a form of resistance and renewal.

Through layered fabrics, intricate trimmings, and detailed embellishment, I reinterpret cultural influences to create one-of-a-kind pieces that are rich in texture, symbolism, and story. My work bridges past and present, tradition and emotion—evoking a sense of nostalgia while speaking to contemporary sensibilities.

There is also a romantic taste that guides everything I make: a desire to create pieces that are not only artistic but also accessible. Objects that people can live with, that bring beauty and personality into their homes complementing a space while quietly asserting its presence.

Ultimately, each creation is an expression of individuality and a quiet homage to the past designed to be felt as much as seen. My practice is rooted in craftsmanship and guided by intuition, offering objects that carry emotional depth, historical echoes, and a sense of wonder.
